Mr. Weimer’s practice involves both trial and appellate advocacy in the state and federal courts. He also helps clients resolve their disputes through mediation. He has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and employment litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Weimer also has experience defending toxic tort cases and has represented national oil refiners in environmental suits involving the gasoline additive MTBE. Mr. Weimer is a graduate of the University of Vermont and a graduate, cum laude, of Vermont Law School, where he served as Research Editor of the Vermont Law Review.
